  2. Encourage employers to adopt and implement management practices that encourage fathers to use benefits intended to fulfil family obligations and facilitate their equal participation in family care through direct awareness raising of employers, development of educational tools for employees, and through systematic measurement and monitoring of effects through the MAMFORCE© and DADFORCE© certification processes.
  3. Contribute to public awareness and the improvement of public policy in this area by providing empirical data, on the basis of which effective goals and methods can be defined, and by a public campaign on equal parenting.

Project activities:

1. Development and implementation of educational workshops on Active Fatherhood for fathers

Workshops

2. Online educational materials for working fathers in the form of webinars and publications

3. Communication campaign on active fatherhood and ensuring project visibility

The project “Active Fatherhood” aims to develop the personal capacities of working fathers and create a stimulating environment for their greater involvement in the role of parents and family obligations. On an individual level, fathers gain access to information and skills that enable them to better manage their family obligations. Project activities aimed at employers and a communication campaign aimed at the general public further encourage and motivate fathers to take on a more active role in that area.

Expected results:

1. Research, analyze, publish and disseminate data on the use of existing arrangements intended to achieve a balance between business and private life in companies, and on the opinions, attitudes and recommendations of working fathers on the most useful benefits related to this area.

2. Create a training program and educational material intended for working fathers, apply it in a pilot program in 6 workshops, and publish them in the form of webinars and related educational materials.

3. Implement an affirmative and interactive communication campaign aimed at promoting the active role of fathers in meeting family obligations.
